The Center for Constitutional Rights is asking folks to take action to ensure that Toto Constant is brought to justice here in the U.S. Constant faces charges here for mortgage fraud – and he has pled down to a lesser offense. If the judge accepts this plea bargain, Constant would be released on time served and likely deported to Haiti.
