The official Summit of heads of State begins today and the President and other functionaries continue to arrive. Opposition parties are attempting to use the opportunity of international press to express their discontent, principally about the voting process for the Constituent Assembly. There are several hundred people who on a hunger strike in Santa Cruz, the location where the Summit was originally scheduled to be held, and a stronghold of the opposition. Also there was an attempt to burn down a government office, when 5 people entered with Molotov cocktails, but they were detained before they were able to ignite them.
