Open Letter to Secretary of State Rice regarding Bolivia

On Sunday October 12 the Quixote Center ran an open letter to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice regarding U.S. policy and actions towards Bolivia.  By collecting funds from supporters of this initiative, we were able to run this open letter as a full page ad in two Bolivian newspapers- El Deber and La Razon.  We have posted below the English version of the ad, and pdf versions of the ads which ran in the Bolivian papers.  read more
